Smoothies can be gluten free and dairy free. They are a healthy choice and only need a couple of ingredients. My favorite smoothie is a strawberry-banana smoothie. I add two bananas, 6 strawberries, 1 cup of unsweetened regular almond milk and 1 cup of ice to a magic bullet and blend!!! Add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
