Piazza Sorento - Hershey, PA

Enjoyed a wonderful meal! There is no better feeling than eating at a restaurant where you feel that the staff is very knowlegdable about gluten allergies. I asked the waitress some questions about gluten free and the restaurant. They have a separate cooking area to prepare gluten free food. The staff is very well trained. The owner has a family friend who has celiac so decided to understand how to best prepare meals.

I enjoyed a gluten free roll, salad, lasagna and strawberry shortcake.
