Hard boiled eggs


I make hard boiled eggs often. They are great for eating plain with salt and pepper or adding to salads.


I bought this egg separator for a pan at HomeGoods or an outlet. I add the separator to the pan and put an egg in each circle. Then, I ensure all eggs are covered with water. I boil on medium high. After the water comes to a boil, I add salt and cook for 15 minutes on medium low. Then, I add 2 cups ice to the pan for 10 minutes. Then I drain the eggs and add back to an egg crate and refrigerate. I always put the date on the crate in a sharpie marker so I know when I made the eggs.




I have not tried this egg cooker but it is a best seller on Amazon.
