Ham, Egg and Cheese Omelet

To make mix the eggs, salt, pepper and milk (heavy cream, milk, almond milk or your milk choice) in a bowl Use only a small amount of milk (1-2 T) i spray my pan with Pam Then, I put the mix in the pan Cook on medium-low heat to avoid brown crispies on the eggs. Do not stir the egg mixture When it is cooked and only a little runny on top, flip the egg mixture. Add your ingredients on one half, I used ham and cheese (dairy free cheese if you want) Then fold it the egg on top of the half with the ham and cheese Put a lid on it and cook until cheese is melted!
