Gluten Free Waffles

My family loves waffles so much that I buy large containers of syrup at Costco. For frozen waffles, we like Wegmans brand. Also, we will use Vans waffles if Wegmans is not available.

To make fresh waffles, I received a Belgium waffle maker for Christmas. It was the best gift! I make King Arthur pancake with two extra tablespoons of mix to make it thicker. I add chocolate chips to the mix sometimes.
