Gluten free meals at Disney

I love going on vacation to Disney. Why? Mickey, magic and gluten free food. They are the best at preparing gluten free food. The staff is very well trained and understands how to prepare gluten free meals. I do plan all sit down meals because I think the food is better than fast service, the staff is very well trained on allergies and I like to take a break from the busy parks. Ensure to book meals exactly when you can start booking meals (typically 60 days prior to travel). When I am planning meals, I feel like a stalker of this website because I am constant checking availability.
