Gluten free and dairy free pizza

I bought a Daiya frozen pizza. To be honest, I was skeptical. I wondered whether it would be lousy. My expectations are often very low with dairy free. I added my own pepperoni to the cheese pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. It was not an A+ in comparison to pizza with gluten. However it was much better than I expected. The crust was very crispy. I cooked it directly on the rack. My daughter did not like the fake cheese. However I liked it overall with the pepperoni. I will buy it again but will add more pepperoni and toppings next time!!!

Disclaimer: I been gluten free for over 15 years, but I am in denial still regarding my need to be dairy free also! It is a struggle! 😉
