I am often running to some kids activity so need good quick meals daily. I enjoy a baked potato. I normally microwave on high for 3 minutes. Then I wrap the potato in aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Also, I love buying gluten fre frozen chicken and cooking it in my air fryer for 15 minutes. I too it with canned fire roasted tomatoes and Violife dairy free parmesan. I have a casein sensitivity so sometimes I use Ghee on my potatoes and bread.
