Cakes and Cupcakes

I like to keep my posts to the point and short. I think my posts could be the readers digest version of starting a gluten free diet for people without a lot of time to make everything from scratch. I love King Arthur chocolate cake mixes. I usually make cupcakes. I then make buttercream icing or put Wilton icing on them. If using canned or prepared icing, ensure to check the labels based on your sensitivities. My kids love my homemade cupcakes better than famous cupcake stores! I prefer Georgetown Cupcakes gluten free chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing over my homemade cupcakes! 😃🧁😃🧁
