The Full Story

Over fifteen years ago, I started eating gluten free.   I had Gi issues and a rash regularly.  Gluten free was not popular at the time.  I often ate rice cakes with peanut butter because there were no gluten free store bought bread options.  I modify a lot of box mixes and tried almost every product.  I would like to share tips.  I know how overwhelming a new diet can be.  Within the past two years, my GI doctor performed additional testing.  Casein was shown as a sensitivity.  I try really hard to avoid dairy, but it is difficult.  I will try to also share dairy free tips.  I hope to help others with my blogs.
